What is during production inspection?
During the early stage of production, that is, around 30-40% of the total production process, SAGAWIT sends QC to the factory to inspect the ready to go products so that if there's any quality issues our client will have enough time to react and fix them..
 

Main purpose of during production inspection
* Check if the product quality conforms to clients standard
* Report the current production schedule so that if theres any delay factory still has time to catch up
* Adjust or modify the production protocol if necessary to avoid substantial loss in the end
* Implement due corrective actions if necessary
 

What do we check?
1. Finished product (outlook, workmanship, quality, dimension, etc.)
2. Sourced raw material quality and quantity
3. Unfinished product
4. Production schedule execution
5. Inspect the packaging and labeling status
