Production PROCESS ConTROL --- Expediting
After settling down the PO, the whole production process will be strictly monitored. Here's what we do: According to your final delivery date, we will divide the whole production schedule into several sub stages. For Each stage, there is a deadline of completion. By controlling these deadlines, SAGAWIT is able to guarantee the whole production process being finished in time.  A "production progress update" will be sent every week so that you'll have real-time track of what's going on currently.
