Factory verification report
Concentrating on the focal points of the factory's capability, the report gives you what you need to know to get a conclusion whether the factory is good for your order or not.

Factory Audit report
A formal vendor assessment report includes every detail of the factory. The report can be divided into 4 parts:
Part 1 GENERAL INFORMATION
Factory General Information, which collects basic data of facility such as address, area, employee number, persons in charge, production capacity, previous customers and so on.

Part 2 FACTORY PHOTO
Factory photo Taken at every step of the whole working process, these pictures give the clients a vivid idea of how it works and at the same time, expose major critical misbehavior.

Part 3 QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
Quality Assurance System From a fairly comprehensive point of view, we look at 6 sections that are of vital importance to any factories: Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly & packaging, Storage & logistics, lead time control, and finally General management. In each section, questions are to be answered and results to be analyzed to make sure the factorys ability to deliver consistent quality management over time, rather than at one given time or only for certain products.

Part 4 SUMMARY
Audit summary: A sum-up of all the evaluated areas. Opinions and recommendation on the factory will be given for clients to make their decisions.
