Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)

Generally, it requires 100% production and 80% packing to perform Pre-shipment Inspection. Inspector will inspect more than below facets:
Packaging inspection: Packing quantity ,Shipping mark ,Carton Size ,G.W. & N.W. ,Packaging material
Products inspection: Production quantity ,Material ,Model/Pattern/Style ,Color ,Size ,Craftwork
On-site test:Function test ,Assembly test ,Drop test ,Stack test ,Moisture test ,Placidity test Loading test ,High-pot test ,Power test ,Rub & Tape test ,Cross & Tape test / Adhesive test
Pick and pull test ,Aging test,Smell test
