Royal jelly is, an organic material released by worker bees of 5 to 15 days old. It has a jelly form and creamy white color with a fluid temper. It is used for feeding baby bees. The queen’s nutrition is royal jelly so that it is highly nutritious.
The royal jelly is composed of 67% water, 12.5% crude protein, with some different amino acids amounts, and 11% of simple sugars (monosaccharides), also having (5%) amount of fatty acids.
