How to Set up REP. Office in Shenzhen
documents required
1. Passport copy of representative, resume and appointment letter. (must be notarized by
2. Legal office lease contract in Shenzhen.
3. Chief Representative photos * 2
4. Head office certificate documents(the company must have been established for 2 years at least and notarized by China Embassy)
5. Bank reference letters issued by the head office’s bank, the content of letter should include time in opening the account with the bank and bank’s credit comments towards the head office.(at least 6 months)
Remark: Item 4 and 5 must been notarized by China Embassy. (HK Company should be notarized by HK lawyer firm. We will charge rmb6500 this notarization if need)
