WORKING PERMIT&RESIDENT PERMIT APPLICATION

1.      Required documents:

a)       Passport original

b)       Education Diploma original/ Previous Employee reference letter

c)       Resume of applicant

d)       Health Certificate (issue from entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau)

e)       Business License, Organization Code Certificate,Leasing Contract.

f)        Labor contract with employer company, director or chief no need to offer (we can assist)

g)       Registration form of temporary residence for visitors(after the applicant obtained the z visa back to China)

h)       Applicant photos with 2 inch 10 pieces and digistal photos receipt

2.        APPLICATION PROCEDURE

a)         get certificate of approval foreigner employment permit from labor bureau

b)         get the invitation letter from foreign affairs bureau

c)         convert visa to Z (need to go back to homel country or HK if acceptable)

d)         get the working permit from labor bureau

e)         interview with public security bureau and get the resident permit from police bureau
