It mainly consists of rubbish box body, door column frame, compress structure, poles deodorization system, electrical and hydraulic control system, etc. The application scope is similar as ground buried rubbish station, it has advantages of big compressing power, convenient feeding, easy operation, etc. But compared to buried rubbish station, it requires complicated structure and special booth, the total cost may be higher. Anyway, it is the ideal rubbish process equipment of city sanitation department and other government department.This vertical rubbish compress and storage station which integrates mechanical-electrohydraulic system is developed according to our national rubbish process situation.

Technical characteristics :

• Good compressure: the compressure can reach 100-120T and the compress rate can be 3:1 understand the PLC auto compressing, water drainage and gas exhaust of box. The water of rubbish will be removed and high running efficiency can be achieved.  
• The equipment adopts three oil cylinders compressing technology, it highly decreases the height of equipment and building, thereof the cost of civil work is reduced as well.
• Adopts ball joints structure between compressing head and oil cylinder, in order to protect the cylinder.
• Adopts floated high tension sliding structure among the compressing head, box and column, it has big contacting area and will achieve stable guiding, the column will not be deformed as well, it is easy for adjustment and maintainance.
• The compressing head and material pushing structure adopts changeable wearproof steel plate and nylon plate piston design, it has stable running. Main electrical elements adopts famous brand, just like Yuken, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, etc in order to improve the reliability of the equipment.
• All structures of the equipment adopts shot blasting, rust cleaning and painting process. The painting oil is from Nobel or COSCO Kansai paint and has long working life.
• Adopts multi environment protections to reduce the pollution, just like dedusting, deodorization, polluted water collection and exhausting system, compressing head auto close, noise control and so on.
