Description & Applications:

1.The main purpose and function of  oil  truck
Filling oil to airplane by pressure and gravity, and it is with function pump back oil, self-circulate, self-filler oil as the moved pump station.
 
2.Composition of system of  oil  truck
It is composed of the chassis, oil tank and accessories, refueling system, gas control system, hydraulic pressure system, hand throttle valve, instrument panel, control box etc. The control area is in the left of truck.  

3.Refueling system of  oil  truck
Refueling system is mainly composed of self-priming centrifugal pump, The online pressure control valve, fuel filter & separator, Venturi-tube, flow meter, Pressure refueling hose reel assembly, Gravity refueling hose reel assembly, pressure refueling nozzle, guns, High level valve, pneumatic bottom valve, ball valve, joint valve and pipeline etc.

4.Tank assembly of  oil truck
The rated capacity of oil tank is 8000 L. There are an transverse wave preventing panel is installed inside the channel manhole, an manhole with cover in the top. A non-slip walk plate, a working ladder, in the top, sediment tubes, pneumatic bottom valve are in the bottom and liquid meter in the right of the oil tank. The material of it is aluminum alloy.
 
5.Operating room of  oil truck

With rectangular, skeleton integral structure, the doors in the left and right are upturning. There are a windlass of pressure refueling hose, filter, and one windlasses of gravity refueling hose indoor.  The left side is the main operation area, with flow meter, differential pressure gauge, control handle and indicating instrument, DANEMAN control valves, and pressure regulating valve in it.
