ZSHVE Series of "V" Eccentric Ball Valve use the special eccentric structure, with impact structure, good sealing performance and long operation life, have regulating and shut-off functions compatibility functions. There are two ways which is soft and metal sealing ring for selection to meet the different demands of the working situations; Simple flow, large flow capacity and max 100% adjustable rate; When the V-shaped disc is closing to the sealing ring, it can cut off the fiber of the fluid and extrude out the grains, which quite applicable to the fluids such as paper pulp, sewage and other fluids containing fibers and grains, and widely used to cut off and regulate the processing fluids such as chemical industry, electric power, papermaking industry etc.

FEATURES:

l   The body adopts the integrity casting technology which achieves compact structure, small volume, good pressure resistance

l   V port eccentric assembly: when closed, the ball will produce a eccentric force to press on the sealing ring to achieve the best sealing performance; when opened, the ball separate from the sealing ring in order to prevent damage on the sealing ring.

l   Adopt soft seated and metal seated to satisfy different working condition; Sealing surface overlay with titanium alloy can be used in harsh conditions;

l   The operation torque is greatly been decreased because of the eccentric structure and greatly increased the allowable pressure.

l   Adopt special surface treatment to improve the wear resistance and erosion resistance and service life; 

l   Large flow capacity, adjustable ratio reaches 100;

l   There is a shearing action between the ball and sealing ring in the moment of closing, which could shut-off the medium fiber and extrusion particulate matter. It is especially suitable for pulp and paper, sewage and other media containing fiber and particulate matter as well as for general medium;
