The Hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD) is a kind of high bromine content of alicyclic adivitive flame retardant,its characteristics is low dosage, good flame retardant effect, low impact on the physical properties of material and so on. Mainly used for EPS (expandable polystyrene), polypropylene fibers and as flame retardant for styrene resin . It also can be as a flame retardant adivitive of  polyethylene, polycarbonate, unsaturated polyester plastics.Also can be do retardant treatment for knitting material, styrene-butadiene rubber, adhesives and coatings, and unsaturated polyester resin.
