Description of translucent silicone rubber for shoe insole

OTT-X810Liquid Silicone for Insoles is a solvent-free, flowable - 2 Component RTV Silicone rubber. After mixing the X810 A and X810 B at a mix ratio of 1:1 the material will cure by an addition reaction at room temperature. The cure rate can be accelerated significantly by heat. Material has been especially developed for insoles.

Application of translucent silicone rubber for shoe insole pad  :

OTT-X810 silicone rubber is specially developed for insoles. It can also be used for lace coating and Conveyor belt coating and also for other applications where fast cure at elevated temperatures and good flow or self leveling characteristics are required.
