Operation Method Of Non-oily RTV-2 Sillicone Rubber: 

Non-oily Rtv-2 Silicone Rubber is a kind of flowing liquid, and it consists of

two components, part A is a flow-able liquid silicone rubber, part B is the curing

agent.

1. Firstly, after polishing and cleaning the original model, mixing evenly with 3% curing agent and liquid silicone rubber ( stick to your actual usage and mix ratio guide) for 5-6 minutes.

2. Vacuum pumping the mixture to get rid of the possible bubbles, then, pour it into the mold frame.

3. The silicone mold will be cured in 3 to 5 hours. However, we suggest not bringing it into production until it completely dry out, Usually 24 hours needed.

The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required if it exceeds the time limit. It can be used if no thickening or deterioration.
