Our black Masterbatch is manufactured with high quality and selected carbon black and based on PE, PS and universal polymers. as carrier with concentration of carbon black of 10% to 50%.

The main features of our black masterbatch are high degree of blackness, nontoxic, odorless, excellent dispersion, ultraviolet resistant for outdoor applications, strong coloring strength, heat resistant and weathering properties; good compatibility with ABS, PC, POM, PA, HIPS and other materials and little effect on products’ tensile and shock strength, mainly used for engineering plastics, PP and PE plastic injection and particles, etc, and also widely application to HDPE and LDPE blown film; no contain heavy metal or other substances influencing health

Carbon Black Content: 10%-50% 

Carbon Black Type :N220,N330,N550,Domestic carbon black or imported carbon black, HAF type or P type, normal carbon 

black or pigment carbon black 

Carrier Resin :PE, PP, ABS, EVA,PVC 

Carrier Resin Type: Virgin or Recycled Materials 

Effect: Good dispersion, high blackness, high brightness 

Dosage :2%-5% is recommended for molding, injection, extrusion, blowing extrusion. 

5%-15% is recommended for film blowing. Or adjust the dosage as per your products performance.
