100L Hydraulic Homogenizer Vacuum Emulsifying Machine

It’s mainly used for the production of a series of skin care cosmetic like cream, 

lotion and so on. It composed of water and oil tank, working platform and a vacuum 

emulsifying pot. The vacuum emulsifying pot equipped with hydraulic lifting system 

and vacuum system.The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement 

of being aseptic. The vacuum materials sucking is adopted, and especially for the 

powder materials, vacuum sucking can avoid dust.This equipment adopts double-way mixing and upper homogenization technology. The scraper use the material of 

PTFE. It’s bottom discharge, also the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.

Inner layer: 6mm 316 stainless steel

Inter layer: 6mm 202 stainless steel       

Outer layer: 3mm 304 stainless steel
