3.Working principle

Pelleting machine's power provided by the gear motor.The motor and pelleting machine transmission components connected by coupling.After transmission components, the motor will slow down to the expected standard speed of 144 r/min , at the same time it pass power to pelleting machine spindle,which will drive the extrusion rollers and feed throwing tray. After the organic materials was poured into the granulation chamber, as the rotation of the extrusion roller, due to the effect of friction force, the material being roll extrusion, extrusion into strips from holes on the plate. On the feed throwing tray there is two knives cut material into organic fertilizer granular products, then the feed throwing tray throw the organic fertilizer granular products out from the discharging gate.
