General :

->Operation Pressure: -0.1MPa~1.6MPa;

->Working Temperature: -10°C~180°C;

->Lining: temperature ≤120°C, choose FEP for Body and Bonnet;

             temperature 120°C~180°C, choose PFA for Body and Bonnet;  

->Shell and Nodular cast ion: QT400-15, compliy with standard of GB/T12227;

->Installation and connection dimension:The structure length complies w ith the length standard through 

negotiable selection in appendix A.5.3 0f HG/T3704. 

->The flange connection dimension complies with  ISO7005-2 and  PN16 standards.  

Besides, ANSI and BS standards are available by requirements.

    pressure/temperature, including in condition of vacuum.

->It can choose the lining with antistatic property.

->PFA and FEP thermo-plastic valve lining with 3.5 mm's thickness, anti-seep, anti-corrosion and anti-vacuum.

->As for the high penetrability medium, it can adopt 5mm’s lining for the over-current part in the valve.
