Process of using nanometer titanium dioxide in textile size:
1.Keeping the intrinsic viscosity during the process of size mixing.
2.keeping the parameter of sizing machines stability.
3.Dipersing nano titanium dioxie in water (20% wt of TIO2---liquid A )
4.The dosage of titanium dioxide: 0.5-2% of starch weight.
5.Replace equal starch with the PVA in pure cotton sizing,other components remained unchanged.
6.Adding specified amount of water , then mix uniformily.
7.Add specified amount of starch, mixing ten minutes with medium speed ,and the adding other meterials.
8.Heating-up and boiling,and then curing for 30 minutes at ordinary pressure or 20 minutes at high pressure.
Dosage:900 kgs textile size +(2~8) kgs liquid(A)
