Recommendations and Applications:

Mix-5# is an eco-friendly composite accelerator with excellent discoloration resistance ,

which does’t generate nitrosamines carcinogens during the vulcanization.

It widely used in variety of rubber.Mix-5# is an medium to fast accelerator , with curing rate faster

than Mix-4#, obtain a flat vulcanization stage with excellent processing safety.

It imparts excellent aging resistance, discoloration resistance and physical properties of vulcanizates.

Mix 5# is easily dispersed in rubber compound, with no pollution.

It is suitable for white and light color

rubber products.

Composition :

Pre-dispersed 75% Longhi composite accelerator 5# in a 25% elastomeric binder

Elastomeric binder can be SBR or EPDM, or others according to customer’s requirements.

Dosage:

General add 0.5~2.5 PHR Mix-5# Granule into rubber compound, 

increase or decrease the amount accordingly.
