ST-1A00 C5 Aliphatic Resin (Adhesive type)
 

1. Description :

ST-A100 is thermoplastic, low molecular weight, slightly yellow aliphatic resin. This resins show outstanding affinity for pigments and superior processability in the hot melt adhesives and sealants. The item is also used as processing and reinforcing agent in tyre and rubber compounds.

•Narrow polydispersity and excellent compatibility with EVA, PE, Poly isobutylene, Terpene resin, Petroleum wax, Rosin wax, Natural rubber, SBS, Butyl, SIS, SEBS, PB, DOP plasticizer, Poly isoprene, PP.

ST-A100 is hydrocarbon resins suitable for hot melt adhesives, (such as quick packaging adhesives, bookbinding adhesives, wood adhesives and glue sticks) ; suitable for pressure sensitive adhesives,(such as various kinds of packaging tapes, labels, double sided tapes, masking tapes and surgical tapes, electrical insulation PVC tapes, masking tapes and medicated plasters). 
 

ST-A100 has excellent compatibility with natural rubber, many kinds of synthetic rubber, styrene polymer (e.g. SIS,SEBS and SBS) and EVA, as well as with natural tackifier resins(line terpene, rosin and its derivatives) .They provide enhanced performance in pressure sensitive adhesives and hot melt adhesives applications. It can be used neat as trackfier resin in pressure sensitive adhesives and hot melt adhesives and be used in blends with different resins to improve adhesive performance.
