C5 Hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins are characterized by near water-white color, good thermal stability, good heat and light stable, high cohesion and high temperature resistance, which are used as flow modifiers for plastics, especially polyvinylchloride(PVC)and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS). They are also commonly used in Pressure sensitive adhesive, Adhesives (eg. HTMS, HTMRM), contact adhesives, plastic modification, Tyre, Commodity binding, book binding, Shoes sole modification, rubber compounding, leather and footwear assembly, polypropylene film modification, multicolour asphaltum, etc.
Density is around 1.0; Easily soluble in organic solvents such as benzene and toluene etc; Insoluble in water; Appearance: Granular solid, white or yellow, non-toxic, odorless, non-inflammable and non-explosive.
It has good compatibility, thermal stability and light stability; widely used in thermosol, contact adhesive, construction etc.
