LFR-8012 is an organic zinc salt flame retardant containing phosphorus.

It is white powder with high temperature resistance and non-migration. It will melt under high temperature, which is benefit for melt blending with polymer and will not block spinneret. Accordingly, it is especially suitable for the halogen-free flame retardancy of PET fiber and PET thin film system, and has good compatibility with matrix resin. It can also be applied to injection moulding of PBT and PET. It has excellent flame retardant efficiency by synergy with nitrogenous flame retardants.
