1 Service and scope of application

HS-04 neutralization film-forming inhibitor is mainly used for the corrosion caused  by hydrogen sulfide (H2S) ,and hydrogen chloride system at the atmospheric and vacuum unit，hydrofining unit, and the coking unit in the oil refinery. 

2 The distinguishing features:

a. Water-solubility is good.

b .This product is a kind of composite neutralization inhibitor, which is compounded by many kinds of component.

(1) When some kinds of gases dissolve into water ,such as H2S, CO2, SO2 and so on, they will form into acid, this product can neutralize these kinds of acid and  prevent from acid corrosion after been injected , the rate of the corrosion inhibition could be up to more than 80% .

(2) This product includes film passivation technical recipes, and the passive film will be formed on the surface of the carbon steel pipe and equipment, this is good to prevent hydrogen and acid chemical corrosion.

4 Usable method

The injecting amount should be 20~40ppm , it should be doubled at the first  month.

5 Caution 

a. This product should be stored in aeration-drying , shady and cool storeroom .

b. During the process of application, the customer should choose the best service conditions according to the actual case of the factory.
