F-01 Oil Sludge Anti-scale Agent
一．Introduction
F-01 type oil sludge anti-scale agent is a very effective agent to keep the oil sludge system from forming scale for refinery. It is suitable for oil sludge pipeline, heat exchanger coking and incrustation, and it can also have certain effects to get rid of scale already formed and can improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger to allow stable operation of the system. It can also prolong the operation cycle of the system and reduce system shut downs.
二．Feature
1) The product has good dispersivity, it can effectively avoid accumulation of catalytic agent powder, product of corrosion and salt, etc. suspended in the oil sludge, and therefore control the increase of the grain size and deposition of the grain in the sludge.
2) It has anti-oxidizing property, it can form inertia molecule with the oxidized free hydroxyl group and can stop polymerization caused by oxygen.
3) It has metal passivation property, it can form stable coordination compound with metal ion, and then stop or reduce catalytic dehydrogenation and oxidization reaction.
4) It has corrosion resistance and surface modification feature.

四．Package and Notice
1）Product is packed in galvanized barrels, net weight is 170kg.
2）Stored in cool dry places, keep away from fire, handle with care.
五．Application
1）The product shall be added at the sludge extraction opening.
2）The first time application of the product, the quantity shall be 200-400ppm, after one week, it shall be changed to 50-100ppm.
3）Should be added continuously in order to get the best effect while application.
