The high-grade environmental water based ink is formulated with nanoscale organic

(inorganic) pigment, imported special aqueous acrylic emulsion and related additives by 

certain physical and chemical processes; low VOC emission, odorless, nontoxic, non

 flammable, non explosive, OHS safe; conforms to cigarette package VOC standards.
