Product Introduction 

The high-grade water based ink is formulated with the nanoscale organic pigment, imported special aqueous PU emulsion and related additives by certain physical and chemical processes; non-VOC emission, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, non explosive, OHS safe; it is the ideal replacement of solvent based ink, specially innovated for flexible PVC rotogravure surface printing.

B. Product Features 

 1. Stable ability, Long storage time (sealed for more than 1 year).

 2. High solid content; High color chroma; Low viscosity; Excellent liquidity; Good for rotogravure printing. 

   3. Excellent adhesion and water proof, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance after a period time of self cross linking without adding any curing agent.

   4. After completely drying, DOP plasticizer resistance and good transferability.

 5. Excellent high frequency welding/ high frequency hot melt

 6. Excellent printability.
