 1.What is sublimation ink?

It is a heat transfer ink,used to transfer image from paper to various materials by heating press.

Under high temperature,the ink will transferred from paper to materials.It is a kind of gas shading and dying.

3.Product feature:

>>Water based

>>Ink granula is 0.2um,so the ink don't block print head

>>15 meters continuous printing without stopping

>>Little ink consumption, 10ml ink can print 16 pieces of A4 paper

4.Available printer: Epson,Mimaki,Roland,Mutoh

   Available paper:Heat transfer paper/Sublimation paper

   Final transferred materials: Fabric, mug, metal, wood, ceramic, and etc.

  Transfer temperature: 180-220C degree

  Transfer time: 30-60 seconds

  Transfer press: 0.5 kg/m2

5.Use method:In normal condition,use the ink on printer directly.

   Step 1: design the image on computer

   Step 2: print the image on paper by printer

   Step 3: transfer the image from paper to fabric by heating press

  Attention:

  (1) The color on paper and the color on fabric are different

  (2) If transfer image on pure cotton, mug, metal, glass, you should spray a layer of coating on their surface before transferring

6.Store: Avoid sunshine and water, sealed

    Shelf life: 1 year (from production date)
