Product  properties 

1.soluble in water and some  organic  solvents   

It can be dissolved in cold water,the highest concentration only depends on the viscosity.Solubility changes according to the viscosity,lower viscosity causes greater solubility.Some brands of products can be dissolved in binary organic solvent and organic  solvent water system.

2.salt resistance 

Nonionic cellulosic ether product is not a polyelectrolyte,so when a metal salt organic electrolyte exists,it is stable in aqueous solution,but excess electrolytes could cause gel and precipitation.

3.surface activity  

As the aqueous solution with surface activity,can be used as colloid protective agent,emulsifier and dispersant.

4.thermal  gelation  

When product solution is heated to a certain temperature ,it becomes opaque,gel formation of precipitation,but at the time of continuous cooling,then returned to the original solution,the temperature of gel and precipitation mainly depends on their lubricant,suspending agent,protective colloid,emulsifier and so on .

5.metabolism of inert and  low odor and flavor 

Because they are not metabolism and have little odor and flavor,so they are widely used in the food and drug.

6.fungus resistance 

Has a better anti-mildew ability,good stability of viscosity in long term storage
