I. Description 

3021 is a laminated paper board formed through drying and heat pressing after the insulation dipping paper dips into the PF resins. This product is used as insulation structure component for electric engine and electric equipment of higher mechanical performance, as well as used in transformer.

II. Technical requirement for surface 

The surface of laminated board should be flat and smooth, no bubble, no wrinkle or crackle, and free from other defects such as scrape, impress, dirt spot and uneven color, but a little color patches is allowed.

♦ High mechanical properties, and oil resistance and high dielectric property.

♦ Withstand a variety of chemical solvents and acid erosion

♦Temperature resistance : 120 centidegrees

IV. Application

Electronic mechanical parts, switches ,testing fixtures, gear motors and generators etc..
