1. Introduction
This product is the new product developed according to customer needs. It is a new type hand model material with ABS material and the overall performance better than 8150 in Japan. In 2009, the research of this material was listed in our technology project. It lasted one year to successfully develop it and has applied for patent. Patent No.: 201010196004.3. This product is used in the production of vacuum pouring models and components with good mobility and smooth response.2s-7min curing, 15-60min demoulding.Widely used in model making, electrical chassis, aricraft helmsman, vehicle steering wheel, dashboard, bumper, human skeleton toy and panel. The main features are high hardness of the produced parts, high accuracy of the finished product dimension, easy repair and polishing. It is popular among customers and sold to Shenzhen, Shanghai, Xi'an and other regions. Also can be used in mining, underground and tunnel construction dedicated rapid sealing agent, waterproof, moisture resistant, anti-collapse bracket pouring and top spray reinforcement materials.
