PTMG/TDI Series Polyurethane Prepolymer for Making Wheels/Rollers

1. Introduction

This series of product is a liquid isocyanate terminated pre-polymer based on PTMEG polyol.

2. Application

It can be used to make rods, caster wheels, rollers, sealing rings, sieve plates and other polyurethane elastomers.

3. Characteristics

The end products have good abrasion resistance, Water resistance, germ proof, excellent mechanical properties, color regulating by adding pigment.

4. Processing Procedure

After the performed polymer vacuum degassing in 80～85℃, blending with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, casting, vulcanization moulding. It applies to manual or casting machine.

5. Packing and Storage

Packing:20Kg/drum or 200Kg/drum.

Store in a cool and dry place. If you can’t use it up at one time, fill nitrogen gas and then seal it. The storage time of original packing is 6 month.
