Recommendations and Applications:
 
MBTS is used as accelerator in NR and many synthetic rubber, 
commonly used accelerator with good processing security , can be used alone or with other accelerator. 
 
It obtain flat and medium-speed curing rate, and curing temperature is pretty high, 
with obvious aftereffect,  without early curing, with good processing safety ,
easily dispersed and no pollution , imparts a good aging resistance of vulcanizates.
 
MBTS obtain slow curing rate when used alone , it is usually used along with thiuram
and dithiocarbamate salts , aldehyde , amine , guanidine accelerator. 
 
It is a retarder with good anti-scorching ability in G type CR rubber. 
 
MBTS will improve the processing safety when used along with high speed accelerator. 
 
It imparts very good hot aging resistance of vulcanizates,mainly used in manufacture of tires , 
rubber hose , rubber shoes , hard rubber , belts and otherrubber industrial products.
 
Used as primary accelerator of NR and SBR , add 1.0~2.0 PHR MBTS along with 2.0~3.0 PHR sulfur.
 
Used as primary accelerator of IIR , add 0.25~1.0 PHR MBTS along with 1.0~2.0 PHR sulfur.

Masterbatch MBTS-80 granules don’t stick to each other at room temperature , 
which make is easier to disperse in rubber compound , with no weight loss.
