HY9040 and HY9330 are the two-component electronic encapsulate with low viscosity with flame Resistance and thermal conductivity.It can be  cured under room temperature or heated.Higher the temperature,faster the curing speed.The raw material with higher purity, does not contain any polar compounds and does not produce any By-products, so it can remain the better electrical performance in the hard conditions. It can be applied to the surface of olycarbonate, PP, ABS, PVC and metal material, and also for Insulation, moisture-proof, waterproof, shockproof, electronic components, Typical uses for protection of module power supply and circuit board potting high-power electronic components which has high requirements for elimination of heat and high temperature resistance.

Using instruction:

1. Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.

2. Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1

3. Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes.

4. operate accordingly to above technical form, When under too low temperature and thick layer of sealant, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization, such as 80~100℃

Warm Tips:

1. Firstly clean the surface of the electronic devices and components which needs to be sealed/bonded with silicone rubber. (if necessary, clean or wash with anhydrous alcohol, acetone and other organic solvents.) Remember to keep the sealed parts away from the materials which contain any nitrogen (N), sulfur (S), phosphorus (P), tin (Sn), lead (Pb) salts of organic compounds and metal contacts.（Such as organic amines, phosphine-based film on the surface of the metal used for curing of amine epoxy resin, the surface of used soldering paste, dibutyl tin dilaurate, dibutyl tin oxide, Yassin acid tin, The smoke of cigarettes, fingers took smoking cigarettes, soft PVC vulcanized with sulfur rubber, some paint dried by lead naphthenate drier; Sn, Pb, Hg, Bi, As and other ionic compounds, including acetylene and muti-vinyl compounds, etc., will poisoning catalyst and resulting the rubber unvulcanized or slowly vulcanized.） Water and alcohols under the Pt-catalyzed will break Si-H bond and lose activity.The surface layer should also avoid the harmful gases, dust, poison,otherwise the silicone will be not cured or sticky even after a long time. 

2. the curing time is very sensitive to temperature, high temperature may speed up the curing time.

Packaging, storage and transportation

1. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums. Part A and B need to be packed separately. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 20 kg/drum, or 200 kg/drum . 

2. The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain,and kept away from fire and heat source. 
3. The goods is NOT subject to IMDG.The shelflife is 18 months from the date of production.And it still can be used after expired, when retest to be qualified.
