1. Product introduction

Our factory’s quartz sand filter material uses natural quartz ore as raw material，and is produced through the process of crushing, washing, screening.

In order to meet the needs of costumers, we specially produce pure white quartz sand, acid-treating agent, ordinary quartz sand. Because the quartz sand has no impurity, good resistant compression, wear-resisting, high mechanical strength, stable chemical properties, strong sewage capability, high economic benefits, long life cycle, it is suitable used in single and double filters, filter, and ion exchange equipment. The quartz is the most widely used and maximum water purification material in water treatment industry at present. It is a kind of silicate mineral, which is hardness, wear-resisting and stable in chemical properties. Its main mineral composition is Sio2, and the color is oyster white or colorless translucent divided into ordinary quartz sand, refined quartz sand, acid-washing quartz sand, high purity quartz sand etc.

Usage: It is used to make glass, refractory material, smelt ferrosilicon, flux for metallurgy, ceramic, abrasive material, mint. In architecture because of its strong ability of resistance to acid medium erosion, the quartz is used to make acid-resistant concrete and acid-resistant mortar. As the raw material of silicon material, quartz sand is the irreplaceable important basic role in silicon material production and supply.
