1. Product introduction
Nut shell filter material uses high quality walnut shell as raw material, is produced through crushing, polishing, steam cleaning, drug preservative treatment and two filter processed. This product is tenacious, wearproof, compressive strength (23.4 kgf), resist oil-immersed and has the advantages of stable chemical properties, strong adsorption and pollutant catching capacity, easy reverse-wash regeneration, low backwash intensity(6.7L/SM²), fast filter speed （24—26m/h）, without scleroses, decay, never replace, just needs to replenish 5—10% each year. It can make the oil removal rate reach 95%, the oil content drop to below 5mg/g. It is suitable for the water treatment of the petroleum refining enterprise, because of the advantages of high strength, strong wearability, good compressive strength, strong pollutant catching capacity etc. which can be directly backwash before filtering, has remarkable effect in oily water treatment.
