Glacial silicone oil,the treatment emulsion is a textile treatment agent which is specially for meeting the super smooth and stretching hand feel requirement. It can be used as smooth components in softening agent formula. It can meet all kinds of fiber and textile treatment requirements under matching up with different kinds of softening agents.

Usage
The usage of glacial silicone oil is greatly simple. It can be used directly for the dispersing when meets the water. And the best dosage is according to the required smoothness, the type of fabric and the process of after-finishing.
1. Nipping process：
Dosage ： 10 – 30 g/l
pH ： 6 – 8
Temperature ： regular temperature
Pick-up rate ： 65 - 100%
Drying ： 100-160℃×1-3min
2. Dipping process:
Dosage ： 1-2% according to textile weight
Liquor ratio： 1/10 -1/20
pH ： 6 – 8
Temperature ： 20 - 40℃
Time ： 15 – 30min
Drying ： 100 - 120℃
3. Garment wash process
Dosage ： 1-2% according to textile weight
Service condition： the same as dipping process
Attention
It is necessary to clean up the residual alkali before using the silicon oil, to avoid effecting the process quality.
