    Fluffy silicone oil is a special treatment agent in high concentration, it can give  the textile the excellent softness and smoothness.

Characteristic
    1．This agent is the clear emulsion produced by special formula and special process. It has the higher stability and better treatment effect than that the formal silicon has.
    2．This agent has pretty tiny molecule diameter,so it can easily penetrate into interior of fiber structure, which gives the treated textile elegant and smooth effect. And it gives the textile fuller solid sense  than that the formal silicon gives
    3．The treated textile gets the excellent smoothness, and the elasticity of textile is improved.
4. It has good shearing and PH stability
5. APEO chemicals free, meets the environment protective requirement

Usage
The usage of JINSOFT®9018  is greatly simple. It can be used directly for the dispersing when meets the water, so it is suggested to use after attenuation. And the best dosage is according to the required smoothness, the type of fabric and the process of after-finishing.
1.Nipping process：
Dosage ：0 – 30 g/l
PH   ：   6 – 8
Temperature ：  regular temperature
Pick-up rate ：  65 - 100%
Drying ：    100-160℃×1-3min
 
2. Dipping process
Dosage ：    1-2% according to textile
Liquor ratio ：   1/10 -1/20
PH   ：    6 – 8
Temperature ：  20 - 40℃
Time ：     15 – 30min
Drying ：    100 - 120℃
 
3. Garment washing process
Dosage ：  1-2% according to textile
Service condition：  the same as dipping process
 

Attention
 It is necessary to clean up the residual alkali  before using the silicon oil, to avoid effecting the process quality.

Packing and storage
 Stored with seal at regular temperature, the quality term is 6 months, 125kg/plastic bucket.
