Surface Treatment:
1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.
2, The surface of the new plaster should be maintained about 12 days before inserting the skim coat, do not use cement paste for polishing.
3, If the wall is too dry, wet the wall till there is no obvious water on the surface before operation.
Operation Process:
1, The ratio: damp-proof skim coat: water= 25kg/bag + about 6.0~7.0L water.
2, Pouring the water into the container, and adding the powder slowly, then stirring them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposit paste.
3, Using inserting tools to insert, making the second time 4~6h after the first inserting.
4, Polishing the skim coat layer, control the thickness between 1.0~1.5mm.
5, Can paste other coating 7 days after finishing the skim coat layer.
6, Maintaining the skim coat layer with water 24~48h after finishing the skim coat layer according to the humiture, and keep maintaining for 2~3 days.
Tips:
a, Mixing PB-07 with water into paste, a electric mixer can get better effect. Put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to strengthen the hardness.
b, Using a appropriate scraper to scrape the skim coat on the surface.
