Q1 : Why my tablet looked used with scratches on screen?
A : Every tablet pc has a screen protector on it when comes out from factory. When our Quality staff test it,
they would left some scratches on it. Please take off the screen protector carefully just like in the photo
below.
Q2 : Why my tablet can not start?
A : Durning the long distance delivery, the device would start by accident and the battery would drained up.
Please full charge it. If the device still can not start, contact our after-sale person.
Q3 : I can not connect to internet via Wifi.
A : Please reference the following steps:
1) Make sure you input the correct password of your wireless router;
2) Stop any other wireless devices which connects to the router;
3) Clear any IP/MAC filter in router security setting, or reset the router to factory mode;
4) Reset the tablet to factory mode: Setting-Privacy-Factory Data Reset;
5) Contact us to provide you the newest firmware to reboot the tablet.
Q4 : The memory and storage is less than described.
A : All our tablets are just as described, but the pre-installed system and apps will take up some memory and
storage.
Q5 : Why the battery sometimes can use long time ,sometimes lower time?
A : Because Use environment different, use of the function is different, so there will be different
Q6 : Why the GPS can't use,but the describe write built-in GPS?
A : Because every country's GPS Navigation software and the map not the same ,and we have not that ,so we
have not built-in your country's GPS Navigation software and the map ,that must do it by yourself ,you can
download from network in your country.
Q7 : What can I do if the tablet pc damaged or cracked on its arrival?
A : Please take photos for the broken package and tablet, refuse the parcel and open claim to your local
DHL/UPS/EMS company, then inform us immediately.
Q8 : Remote Area
A : Some addresses are remote delivery area of DHL or UPS, they will charge extra cost for sending to suchareas. This cost is on buyers side. So we suggest you to check the receiver address before order. Especiallyfor European addresses.
