SH·J422D is a kind of welding electrode which is widely used for carbon steel, with limetianmium type coating. It’s suitable for all position welding. It has good welding operation, and good arc re-striking, smooth arc transfer, easy slag removal. SH·J422D can be used with all-current type (AC or DC),and suitable for welding on transformers with low OCV,min.54V.
SH.J422D has the same application as E6013, it is suitable for welding important carbon steel construction, and low alloy steel construction with lower strength class, such as 09Mn2 etc.
