Our product are totally free of formaldehyde, harmless to human being , reached the highest standards of Europe E0 standard and the F **** standards of Japan JIS. Density uniform, smooth surface, no significant difference in colors, that makes the products could be veneer again or paint directly, as well as can be milling, drilling, slotting, bending, engraving, finishing, etc.

Product Advantage,

Lightweight, thicker boards(e.g. 400kg/m3 x12mm) have been found to have insulation properties and both heat and sound exclusion and retention.

Coupled with excellent fire resistance, this board makes a viable material for uses such as interior office or domestic panelling as well as more specialist uses.

The panels can be veneered or laminated for visual improvement.

Cheaper and environment favorable than natural wood based mdf. Big dimensioned sheet, customer-required size. Stable quality from overall controlled production, some properties better than traditional mdf,  as water-proof, fire-extinguishing, anti-pressing, less variability, etc. Product surface satisfies direct use s requirement, saved much processing cost.  Solid interior property, constant quality in the longitudinal and transverse direction, convenient for any processing.

Due to the no formaldehyde added resin (NAF) being used, ECO-Board panels have emissions far below the strict E0 European low formaldehyde (LF) and the USA (HUD 24) CARB standards. ECO-Boards are suitable for use in environmentally sensitive areas such as
