Application

A paver (paver finisher, asphalt finisher, paving machine) is a piece of construction equipment used to lay asphalt on roads, bridges, parking lots and other such places. It lays the asphalt flat and provides minor compaction before it is compacted by a roller.The asphalt is added from a dump truck or a material transfer unit into the paver's hopper. The conveyor then carries the asphalt from the hopper to the auger. The auger places a stockpile of material in front of the screed. The screed takes the stockpile of material and spreads it over the width of the road and provides initial compaction.

2LTLZ45E asphalt paver is used for paving road, urban road, and plaza; square and so on, ideal equipment for construction companies. The easily wearing parts use international advanced antifriction material, the reliability of machine is improved.
The structure is compact, easily operated. It use advanced double sets of hydraulic stretching screed and auto level sensing device, so paving density and smoothness is high. 
 
Drive system
  The machine is driven by mechanical and hydraulic, flywheel is connected to transfer case, the front is connected to double pump, supplying power for mechanism are as followed:
Traveling device

Traveling device
   It is made up of transfer case, gear box with two grades, differential mechanism, semi-axle and chain drive. Traveling is driven by driven chain wheel.
 
Load mode
6 tyres, the front tyres are solid, the rear tyres are pneumatic
 
Steering
Steering mechanism use mode of bridge, center of bridge which is able to revolving is connected to center of frame, redirectors are fixed on the two ends of the axle, redirectors are revolved by hydraulic cylinder, and so solid tyre can be revolved corresponding angle.
 
Hopper
Hopper capacity is about 10t, hopper is turned by hydraulic cylinder to discharge material.
 
Roller
It is used to push the rear tyre of camion.
 
Conveyor
It is independently driven, clutch for conveyor is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, power is transferred by chain-wheel to drive scraper.
 
Electric system
It has 2 batteries, system voltage is 24V.
 
Cab
It used framework of steel tubes which are put together and equipped canopy.

Scraper and auger independent
   Independent operation for L/R conveyor and auger, operate easily. Auger is stretched by mechanical to sure the spreading, auger blade is made of knock-down antifriction material, convenient replacement to ensure the life of auger.

   All controlling components centralizes on the control panel, easy operation, control panel can be moved to the L/R according to demand. In this way, working intensity of operators can be lightened. Work efficiency and paving quality can be improved.
