2.The distinction of Zouping Daixi rock wool:

We use special environment friendly mineral binder to bind the

wool fiber to get polyester wadding.The polyester wadding is

then folded into multi-layer wool so overlapping structure.

Then use differential speed roll to pucker the multi-layer wool

so that the wool fiber is overlapped and compressed in an interleaving

manner.Therefore,no split layer phenomenon occurs on Zouping Daixi’s

rock wool,while it occurs on rock wool made from small production line.

The overlapped rock wool then goes into curing oven,then through

compression molding at high temperature and cutting stage for cutting-off

or edge cutting,finally goes to automatic packing and warehousing.

The whole production process is automatic without manual intervention.
