1 Supply system of cold aggregate powder(mobile system)

Cold aggregate hopper and conveyor are mounted on one semi-trailer

Each bin has inlet separated screen for rough & waste materials, operation platform, material shortage alarm device and belt feeder(frequency conversion control), No.1 is sand material hoppers with wall vibration; Collective belt and feeding belt, with anti-skid auxiliary drum and clean scratch board, are made of high toughness rubber belt. The system as proportion of primary arrangement in the computer sends cold aggregate powder to dryer directly.

2. Dryer and burner(mobile system)

Transition conveyor, dryer, burner and stone material hoist are mounted on one semi-trailer.

The dryer is made of heat-resisting and high-abrasive steel plates. All sorts of lifting plates in it are suitable for the transportation of different aggregate powder. Good heat exchanging burner flame area & blanking area have lifting guidance plate. Dryer body is covered with heat-proof layer outside with stainless steel plate; The foundation is made of heavy steel. Dryer body is driven by 4 groups of separate friction wheels and each group is equipped with separate speed reducer and motor.

The wearable liners are in feeding & blanking tilting channel, wide inspection door is easy for maintenance. Wide platform mounted at the top of the hoist, which is easy for maintenance.

3.0 Dust collector(mobile system)

The dust collector is made of a secondary system, the primary system is the dust separator, and the secondary system is the bag type filter, which is used for collecting the excessive dust; Secondly, for removing the floating coarse grain in the expansion tank of dryer attached with thermometer controlled cold air door and exhaust funnel. Dedusting bag has the function of no pressure automatic cleaning.

4.0 Mixing tower (mobile system )

Vibration screen, hot aggregate material bin and weighing system and mixing tank are mounted on the semi-trailer.

5.0 Fine material storage supply system (mobile system)

Mineral storage bin screw conveyor and accessories are mounted on one semi-trailer

6.0 Asphalt heating system (mobile type)

20m3 horizontal asphalt tank and thermal oil furnace and asphalt tank asphalt pump are mounted on another semi-trailer.

7.0 Control system (mobile type)

Operation room is mounted on one semi-trailer.

The operation room is the steel frame structure, made of stripe color sandwich plate, width hollow heat-proof glass window, shuttle, ground cover insulated laminated timber, inner air conditioner, passageway, staircase, handrail and support leg.
