Exterior Skim coat Wall Filler Putty single component mortar based coating

Skim coat wall putty is a double/single-component thin-set mortar based on special high resistance binders, selected special additives and Smooth creamy formula.

Scope of application

1. It is suitable for leveling of special rough inorganic plane outside the building, including mortar plaster, concrete, standard block, and brick and so on.
2. Suitable base plane: mortar plaster, cement concrete, stone wall
3. Matching paint: waterborne coating, oiliness coating

Treatment of base plane

The base plane should be smooth and strong; no dust, grease, release agents, batik materials and so on.
If the base place is very uneven, leveling it with powder putty for exterior wall for one time. The new plastered cement mortar surface should be maintained for more than 14 days before construction.
If the weather is hot and dry or the porosity of base plane is high, construction should be done after water the base level and waiting until no clear water.

Construction technology

 Stir with motor stirrer until even, standing for 5-10 minutes, and stir again will get better result.
