Huaqian® Expansion Agent

Advantages:

·  Calcium Sulphoaluminate-Class

·  Free of sodium salt, it will not cause an alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete, stable in expansion and a constant rise in strength.

·  Available for underground projects with small temperature differences, hydraulic structures, marine structures, tunnels, etc.

Uses:

·  Compensation and Shrinkage Concrete: Apply to underground projects, hydraulic structures, marine structures, dams, tunnels, mass concrete, reinforced ground, roof and bathroom waterproofing, structural hardening, leakage repairing, pre-stressed reinforced concrete and backfill slot.

·  Filling Expansion Concrete: Filling of structural post-poured joints, tunnel heads, steel pipes and tunnels.

·  Filling Expansion Grout: Grouting of machinery equipment foundation, fixing anchor bolts, reinforcing and strengthening of beams, column joints and structural components

·  Self-stressed Concrete: Apply to self-stressed reinforced concrete pressure pipes used in normal temperature.

Instructions:

·  Cement strength grade≥32.5, mix as 10～12% the weight of the cement

·  Recommended mechanical mixing, mixing time≥3min.

·  Mixing ratio of the expansion concrete is the same as with the general cement concrete, but the minimum amount of mixing cement should be greater than 300kg/m3

·  Storage: ventilated dry conditions, avoid direct sunlight, waterproof, damp proof

·  Shelf life: 12 months

·  Packaging: Kraft plastic film bag with damp proof plastic liner, 25kg/bag
