ZZ-06 Sound Deadening Material consist of Aluminum Foil Faced,Butyl Rubber based and Releasing Liner which is designed for cost effective vibration damping.
Aluminum Foil Faced color can be Silver, Black, Blue, Golden and it can be print customer's logo design; Butyl Rubber color : Black , White and Grey ; Releasing Liner Color: Yellow ; White ; Brown
ZZ-06 Sound Deadening Material effectively reduces the resonant vibration of sheet metal panels that radiate noise. It also reduces the loudness and duration caused by random impact noises when panels are struck. The material is rated self extinguishing, is black in color, is available in 460 x 800 x 1.8mm ( 18" x 31.5 , 70mil) and weighs 1.12kg/ sheet. The material can be slit, punched, or die cut into parts to meet the customer’s specifications.
ZZ-06 contain Self Adhesive only on one side which is protected by an easily strippable release liner.
The Self Adhesive is in very high-tack which let the installation easily and high performance for the vibration damping.
