Working principle:
Industrial fluids (water, oil, or other liquid) are flowing in the coils,which is covered by spray water.The heat of the fluids is transferred by coils and become saturated vapor when meet the water and air .The heat is exhausted out of the tower by the top fan,and the water is blocked back to the water collecting trough and circulates continuously.The spray water is cooled down through the PVC radiation fin in the process of circulation to reduce the temperature of water,and flows in the same direction with the fresh air.The coils mainly depend on sensible heat conduction mode,and the biggest benefit of this mode is that it can prevent scaling on the surface of the coils.Especially suitable for dealing with the fluids with high temperature(such as 60) or the fluids need big cooling temperature difference (e.g. 60-35).

Scope of application:
Compound flow closed cooling tower has higher thermal efficiency than counter-flow and others in the form of cooling.But only limited to the project which the cooling temperature is higher (e.g.more than 80) or the temperature difference is big(e.g. 60-35).For example, the body of the mid-frequency furnace, vacuum furnace, air pressure furnace, blast furnace, continuous casting and so on.
