Ⅳ. Structure features
Cramped construction,small floor space, high strength and convenient transportation and installation. The users can select different structural style according to their needs.
The walls of the transformer house are made of steel plates or A-alloy. The framework is weld by profiled iron or connected by screws. The transformer house is composed of high voltage room, transformer room and low voltage room. The basis is weld by channel steel, which is of high strength. The ectotheca and the door are made of steel plates, composite board and A-alloy, which passed anti-corrosive treatment and can be used outside for a long-period. It is anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof, whose figure has conventional type, scenic type and other type designs to meet the requirements of different places. The shell of the transformer house has ventilating unit, heat insulation unit and dust filter. Besides, room-temperature monitor and anti-freezing unit can be added if required.
The transformer house has perfect mechanical and electric interlock which meets “five-prevention” requirement. It is also has complete monitoring, control and protection methods and it can be system used with FTU system to satisfy the automation of the distribution network system.
