Description:
The vertical combined machine which the flange plate, web plate, fastening and calibrating, positioning, and auto spot welding equipped, all of which accept the Japanese Mitsubishi programmable controller and the AC frequency converter so as to increase the productivity one times above comparing with common products, with the features of stable and reliable working state and the welding gun is equipped by the arc-tracking device to ensure the quality of spot welding.

Automatic spot welding arc-tracing unit driven with light-duty oil cylinder, without compressed air input, output conveyor and inlet pulling rod system are in segments, length and quantity can be chosen according to work-piece length
Used for inching adjustment hydraulic stopping rack at both sides can ensure alignment of end side of web and flange during assembly
